Our history in farming dates back to at least the 19th century. While farming the West Windsor area, staple crops included white potatoes, canhouse tomatoes, strawberries, wheat, and soy beans.
Moving to Allentown

After generations of farming in the West Windsor area, the West family relocated to Allentown due to real-estate closure of the previous farm property in November of 1960. Along with the move to Allentown came the new prosperity of greenhouse grown crops.

We are still working the farm today in Allentown, growing a variety of seasonal produce in our fields the way we always have, along with a variety of greenhouse grown crops started back in the early 1960s.
